POLICY AND WHAT TO EXPECT
I want every client to feel confident, prepared, and excited for their session. These policies exist simply to keep things organized and ensure the best experience for everyone involved.
If you ever have questions, just ask. Communication is always welcome.
Booking & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time.
Once the retainer is received, your session is officially booked and removed from availability.
This allows me to dedicate time, preparation, and creative energy specifically to your session.
Rescheduling
Life happens.. I understand.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
One complimentary reschedule is allowed when notice is provided on time.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the retainer.
Weather-related or emergency situations are handled with flexibility and care.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.
Sessions start at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may reduce shooting time to respect other bookings.
If you’re running behind, just communicate, transparency goes a long way.
Turnaround Time
Standard gallery delivery: 3–5 business days
Events & larger projects: timeline discussed in advance

Image Delivery & Editing
Final images are professionally edited in my signature style.
RAW images are not provided but unedited images will be.
Editing requests should be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after gallery delivery.
